CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small business, last-minute cancellations greatly affect my schedule and income, so I kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Policy: • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price on the card on file required to reserve appointment. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price to card on file • Arriving 15+ minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
